Coaching Services
Our services can be tailored to meet your needs. Our recommendation is to start by establishing your goal and discussing a training approach. The approach and training program will take into consideration your time commitments and schedule to create a program that will be achievable.
A training program will be designed for you through email training schedules. The daily workouts will include descriptions about what the work out is and provide information about any specifics for that day. On a regular basis a review of how your workouts are going and what is working and what may not be working will be reviewed and adjusted as necessary.
Training Program includes:
- Establishment of training approach, goals, and training plan
- Detailed training program
- Unlimited athlete initiated emails and phone calls - returned in 24 hours or less
- Weekly email from the coach to check on your progress
- Pre-race sessions to review the race and the race plan
We have access to a LeMond Revmaster Stationary Bike and an Endless Pool in a personal setting for instruction on cycling and swimming skills. Personal workouts can be tailored for you and your needs.
