Do you want to finish your first triathlon, duathlon, marathon, or Ironman?
Achievement in Motion (AIM) Multisport can help you achieve these goals through personalized training programs and work outs. Through personal experience, I have competed in running races from 5k’s to marathons to sprint triathlons to many Ironman finishes. These experiences with years of training has given me the unique opportunity to learn tools and programs that I want to share with others to help to achieve their goals. The spirit of triathlon and single sport activities is about introducing new athletes to the sport or helping those already competing to move to the next level or race distance. My passion is within these sports and helping others to achieve their goals is one of the best ways I can continue my passion for triathlon and a healthy lifestyle.
Your training program will include experiences I have learned through attending camps and clinics from leaders in the industry for multisport training. Your program will include techniques from these training programs to help achieve optimal results for your racing goals.
These training approaches and philosophies include:
- Carmichael Training Cycling Camps
- Total Immersion Swim Clinics
- Evolution Running Techniques
- Chi Running Techniques
- USAT Coaching Strategies
